Swimwear kit, black & grey

High-quality fabric for making swimwear and activewear, available in eight colors: black, navy blue, rust (warm dark red), lagoon (deep neon green with a touch of blue), flamingo (medium neon pink), amethyst (dark neon purple with a touch of blue), fluo (searing highlighter yellow with a touch of green), and shiny terra cotta (perfectly matches our other terra cotta materials, with a shiny side and matte side).

This technical fabric is made with recycled nylon and boasts impressive resistance to chlorine and sunscreens, plus UV protection! Use it to make your own swimsuits or activewear that not only looks great, but performs the way you need it to. Also works well as a strong and sturdy bra-making fabric, especially for larger cup sizes.

This fabric has firm compression but still feels soft and comfortable to wear. It is mostly opaque, even when wet! (Lighter colors like flamingo could benefit from a lining, check out our silky microfiber, which also works as a swimsuit lining.)

Sold per half-meter; additional quantities will be cut in a continuous length, if available.

(Note! The direction of greatest stretch runs horizontally, which means that most one-piece swimsuit patterns will require a full meter. A half-meter is likely enough for bikini, shorts, cropped tops, or patterns that don't require long pieces with the DOGS going horizontally around your body.)

Silky microfiber stretch fabric for your DIY lingerie sewing projects!

This material is lightweight, has a delicate sheen, is slightly opaque, and is supremely stretchy and comfortable. Your new favorite fabric for creating panties, bodysuits, and more! Also works great as a lining for lingerie and swimwear (yes, it's colorfast in chlorinated and saltwater!).

Available in seven colors: black, beige, navy blue, merlot, ballet pink, mint, and cloud blue.

Choose from two sizes: a ¼ meter pre-cut piece (50x80cm) is usually enough to create one pair of panties or bralette using most patterns, or you can purchase the fabric by the ½ meter (~160cm wide), which is cut in a continuous length (if sufficient quantities are available).

High-quality metal sliders in gold or silver. These are the same as our regular sliders, but supersized, fitting perfectly with our 30mm shiny and matte elastics.

Sliders can serve a functional purpose, allowing you to create adjustable straps on your next lingerie or swimwear project. Use 30mm elastic or create a strap from fabric (swimwear Lycra would work great for this).

Big sliders can also serve a decorative purpose; use them as a place to join straps or fabric, add it as a unique detail to your garment, and more!

8mm-wide, natural rubber elastic with a scored texture, giving it more grip and making it easier to sew. Perfect for finishing the edges of your swimwear projects!

This Lycra has a firm stretch and good recovery. Available in three vibrant colors, with a shiny side and a matte side, perfect for sewing your own swimsuit and activewear! Choose from dark grey, pink, and teal.

*We recommend using a lining with this fabric, as it may be too see-through once it's wet and/or stretched.

Sold per either pre-cut ¼ meter pieces (50x90cm), or by the half-meter (in continuous lengths, if available). If you order multiple ¼ meter pre-cut pieces, they will arrive as separate pieces. If you want to order the fabric in a continuous length, choose the half-meter option.
