Classic foldover elastic with a luxurious touch of soft velvet on one side. Use this elastic to finish the edges of your lingerie projects, like legs on panties or bodysuits, or necklines and armlines on bras/bralettes. This elastic is soft and stretchy, with 60% stretch, and measures 16mm (5/8″) when unfolded (approximately 7mm when folded).
